The Road Closures start at 08h00.They don't really block off our route. Main Road Simonstown is open but chaos no doubt? One could start very early - very early and miss the pre - start mayhem. Say we meet at 07h00 for 07h30? probably won't be popular!But I would be quite happy to do it.
